Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the United States is an actress comedian, activist, and actress. She was born to Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she immigrated to the United States. She came to prominence for her appearances on AT&T commercials on TV as salesperson Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016 and since 2020. She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also had the role of a regular character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. After being featured in the TV pilot that was never aired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At two years of age her parents and she moved to the U.S. as refugees to escape antisemitism, settling in West Hollywood. At the age of five, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was in part due to the economic hardships in her family. Vayntrub attended Beverly Hills High School briefly, but she dropped out in her second year. Then, she earned a GED and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. As part of the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied the art of improv comedy.
